It was both a push and pull factor. I felt 5 years of experience in the uniform group was enough for me and insurance industry is something I would like to embark on to achieve financial security, for both myself and my clients.
How long have you been in insurance Business?
I join the insurance business since Jan 1995 and it has been a good 25 years journey.
What was the biggest fear before joining the biz? How did you overcome it?
I was not confident at communicating with people was not close with. I overcome it by reading up, mixing with the right people and acquire new skills and embraced the fear of speaking, especially public speaking.
In your own opinion, what are the key attributes of your success?
Passion, positive attitude, integrity.
