How long have you stayed in your previous job before joining insurance Biz?
4.5 Years

Was it more of a Push or Pull Factor? Can you elaborate a little?
Push Factor, partly due to the micro-management style because company overall business is getting worst and mainly due to unofficial increase of my sales target affecting my performance and appraisal even though I had achieved what I was being given in 6 months, but the whole of Singapore business is still in negative, so management increase my target during mid year review and mentioned that it will not affect my performance and appraisal which in the end it did, and I just felt that it’s unfair.

How long have you been in insurance Business?
Since 2015

What was the biggest fear before joining the biz? How did you overcome it?
Stability of the monthly income. I worked really hard for the first 3 years of my career in Insurance Business and ensure that I achieved my Career Benefit every year.

In your own opinion, what are the key attributes of your success?
Sincerity, the heart to really want to support and help people, be there for them in times of need and letting them know that I am always here 24/7 for them.

What is your specialization in insurance?
Basically, I brand myself as the 1 stop solutions for my clients. Everything and anything about insurance, I will definitely be able to support and advise them. If I must state a specialization, it will have to be Family Financial Planning.

What are the key challenges when you first join? How did you cope & overcome it?

Rejections from my closest ones, I used to get really affected however, I embraced the rejections and prove my worth in the insurance business and eventually they still get covered by me 2-3 years later.
